Clear rules for using HealthWavy.
These Terms govern access to the HealthWavy web application, including personal health organization tools, Wavy AI, care planning features, subscriptions, and related services.
1. Accepting these Terms
Creating an account or using HealthWavy means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and taking reasonable steps to protect devices used to access HealthWavy. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Health information and medical limits
HealthWavy helps users organize information they enter. The service does not independently verify every health record, lab value, symptom, medicine, appointment, or other entry. Users should confirm important information against original records and qualified healthcare advice.
Do not rely on HealthWavy for an emergency. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified healthcare provider.
4. Wavy AI
Wavy AI can provide general information, summaries, preparation help, and reviewable actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular person. Wavy is not a doctor, does not establish a clinician-patient relationship, and must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, or urgent medical decisions.
5. User content
You keep responsibility for information and files you add to your account. You give HealthWavy the limited permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service or comply with law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse HealthWavy. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, uploading malicious code, abusing another person's account or private information, using the platform for unlawful activity, bypassing limits or security controls, or using automated systems in a way that harms availability for others.
7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Some HealthWavy features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, included features, and usage limits are shown before checkout. A recurring subscription may renew automatically until it is cancelled according to the billing controls available to you. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
Refunds and cancellation treatment are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
8. Service changes and availability
HealthWavy may add, change, pause, or retire features as the service develops. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, or technical failures may temporarily affect availability. HealthWavy does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address unpaid billing, or protect the service. You may stop using HealthWavy and may use available account deletion controls subject to lawful retention requirements.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HealthWavy is provided on an "as available" basis. HealthWavy is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified user-entered data or AI output. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change when features, billing, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be communicated through this page, the application, or another appropriate account channel.
