Privacy that matches a personal health workspace.
This policy explains what HealthWavy may collect, why the information is used, when service providers may process it, and the controls available to account holders.
1. Information HealthWavy may collect
The information available to HealthWavy depends on the features you choose to use. It may include account details such as your name, email address, authentication information, preferences, timezone, and account settings.
HealthWavy may also store information you enter into health tools, such as daily tracking records, goals, nutrition records, medicines, symptoms, vitals, appointments, reminders, care contacts, lab values, uploaded documents, family or caregiver information, reports, and other records you choose to save.
2. Wavy AI and voice features
When you use Wavy AI, your prompt and the account context you have permitted Wavy to use may be processed to prepare an answer or a reviewable action. If an external AI provider is enabled, relevant information may be sent to that configured provider to deliver the feature.
HealthWavy is designed so that supported AI actions remain reviewable before important account data is changed. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong and should not be treated as medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice.
3. How information is used
- Provide, maintain, personalize, and secure your HealthWavy account.
- Save the health and wellness records you choose to create.
- Deliver reminders, reports, support messages, and requested account communications.
- Operate Wavy AI and other features that you actively use.
- Manage plans, billing status, usage allowances, and subscription access.
- Detect abuse, investigate errors, protect accounts, and maintain service reliability.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations that apply to HealthWavy.
4. Service providers
HealthWavy may rely on service providers for infrastructure, email delivery, payments, AI processing, analytics or monitoring, and other operational functions. Depending on which features are active, these may include an email hosting provider, Stripe for supported payments, and configured AI providers such as Google Gemini. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices as well as HealthWavy's agreements with them.
HealthWavy does not need your payment card number to be stored in the application when a hosted payment provider processes card details directly.
5. Sharing and disclosure
HealthWavy does not make your private health workspace public. Information may be shared when you deliberately use a controlled sharing feature, authorize a caregiver or other permitted user, request a third-party service, or when disclosure is required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law.
6. Cookies, sessions, and technical information
HealthWavy uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, session security, preferences, request protection, and core application functions. Server logs may contain technical information such as request time, browser or device details, IP address, error information, and security events.
7. Data retention and deletion
Account information and saved records are retained while needed to provide the service or meet legitimate legal, security, billing, and operational needs. Account holders can remove many records individually and can use available account deletion controls. Some limited records may need to be retained after deletion where law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping requires it.
8. Security
HealthWavy uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account information, including HTTPS transport, authentication, access controls, session protections, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and devices.
9. Your choices
Depending on the feature and applicable law, you may be able to access, correct, export, remove, or restrict use of information through your account controls. You can also change notification preferences and the account context that Wavy may use.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, HealthWavy will use available contractual, technical, or legal safeguards required for that processing.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as HealthWavy changes its features, providers, or legal obligations. A material update may be communicated inside the application, on this page, or through another appropriate account channel.
12. Contact
